one paper core machine can complete paper core making and paper core cutting together
This year we design one new type paper core machine which can complete paper core making and paper core cutting functions on one machine.
Normally if we want to produce the small width paper cores, it need at least two machines: paper core making machine and paper cutting machine. After produce the long length paper cores on the paper core making machine, and then cut them into small paper cores on the paper core cutting machine, it need at least two or three operators and need more room to load this two machines.
Now through many years endeavor of our engineer, we improved one machine which can complete paper core making and paper core cutting functions on one machine. Firstly the paper core making process is same as our normal paper core making machine, on the rear part of the machine, we adopt the multi blades to cut different length of paper cores through adjusting the distance between the blades. Through this machine, it can combine the paper core making and paper core cutting together. It save more labor cost and save more room. It is more economical and advanced paper core machine.
